The double storey conservation building retains its historic cultural allure as distressed steel, dark stained wood and rough-hewn brick walls accent it. The 6,000 square foot venue builds on the energy of its precinct, shining through large windows framing iconic Chinatown as its backdrop.
CATO’s kitchen is helmed by a culinary team boasting a combined industry experience of over 30 years, serving a cosy 46-seater restaurant on the first floor. The heart of CATO’s restaurant menu features a delectable array of contemporary dishes such as our signature spicy Tom Yum Prawn Risotto. CATO’s immersive bar space is one of Singapore’s biggest for craft beers with its extensive and carefully curated row of 14 taps featuring craft favourites from around the world served from behind a 9-metre long bar.
